Carless Vintage Racing bike 21.5" in Aberdeen, Aberdeen City for sale

This is a bike that I got second hand from Greatbritainlisted. I unboxed it but never used it so it would be great if someone else could use this and restore it to make it perfect! It could probably used as a basic pub bike or fixie but would be better used for vintage cycling in style. A basic service would be required to sort the brakes. I bought a Cross bike and used it instead of this one.
