I am a quiet professional who has been working in Aberdeen for 3 years and renting a 1 bedroom property in Bridge of Don area for past 2 years - excellent refs from letting agent. My adult daughter will soon be joining me to go back to uni in Aberdeen so now need unfurnished 2-3 bedroom for long-term let. We are responsible pet owners and keep our home immaculate. We have a much loved cat who is part of our family and cannot bear to part with her. Would be willing to pay additional deposit to provide reassurance. Off street parking essential and prefer gas central heating. Any area considered, rent £800-£1000 max pcm. Aiming to move end Sept but willing to negotiate an earlier (or later) entry.
